Elevated error rates

    This morning from 9am to Noon pacific, Heroku experienced elevated error rates for <0.1% of our applications. The errors were an artifact of an underlying network issue. While the cloud automatically healed around the issue, a handful of apps experienced an elevated error rates.

    We are working on implementing improved auto-healing based on the data gathered today.
