Between December 7, 2020 at 09:20 UTC and December 15, 2020 at 04:14 UTC, our customers experienced issues with Heroku Connect where writes to Salesforce were not reliably synchronized back to the Postgres database. We sincerely apologize for the negative effects our customers experienced.
Resolved
This issue has cleared up for nearly all of the instances in both production and sandbox environments that were affected. We're wrapping up this incident thread and will continue to work with the remaining handful of customers that remain.
