We have worked with our network provider to resolve the underlying network problems. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will be posting a post-mortem update within the next 36 hours.

We are currently working with our network provider to mitigate network problems that are affecting a small number of our front-end web servers. This is primarily affecting those customers that are pointing a root domain to Heroku via static IP addresses.

We continue to see networking problems on a subset of our HTTP servers, specifically 174.129.212.2 and 75.101.145.87. We will post more information as it becomes available.
